Masterplan Overview
The masterplan is designed to support the development of an integrated industrial agribusiness complex in Majalengka, West Java, Indonesia. The layout separates main process facilities, utilities, warehousing, logistics, support facilities and future expansion zones.

The site masterplan includes separate circulation systems for:

Design principles include separation of heavy vehicles and pedestrians, one-way traffic where feasible, safe entry and exit control, emergency vehicle access and adequate turning radius for industrial trucks.
